Inner Jin Secrets explains what genuine inner jin is. It includes five standing-pillar practices: Hunyuan Stance, Single-Leg Stance, Yin-Yang Stance, Opening-Closing Stance and Dao Coiling Stance. These standing exercises help practitioners perceive internal force and build a solid foundation for inner jin.

06-Yang-Style Taiji Thirteen Forms of Qi-Cultivation
Yang-style Tai Chi Thirteen Qi Forms blends Yang-style soft jin philosophy and Taoist insight into cosmic principles. It stresses matching internal breath flow with natural rhythms, harnessing cosmic momentum. 09-Chen-Style Tai-Chi 13 Qi-Refining Forms
Chen-style Tai Chi Thirteen Qi Forms combines Chen’s silk-reeling skills and Yin-Yang wellness theories. Dantian breathing follows seasonal cycles, with spiral jin woven into every move. Soft hides firm, pace shifts; torso twists drive internal qi. Relaxed sinking and segmented stretching invigorate circulation, unifying form and qi, balancing Yin-Yang naturally.
